The agency recruitment market has been building charge rates in various ways for over 50 years. Typically, you will be given a charge rate per hour based on the pay rates you provided...... sounds normal, right? 

Some agencies will even supply you with a breakdown of the labour costs such as Holiday Accrual, Employers National Insurance, Apprenticeship Levy and Pension contributions, highlighting the percentages and thresholds. 

If we can't demonstrate that you are overspending (not including margin reduction) we will donate £100 to a charity of your choice! If we subsequently then begin working in partnership there after, we will donate £100 to a charity of your choice anyway.
