What a good one looks like
CISRS grade is not a formality here, it is the whole thing. A trainee cannot work unsupervised, an advanced scaffolder can handle designed scaffolds a basic card holder cannot, and getting that wrong is a safety problem before it is a programme problem.
It is also where the pay rate earns its keep. Good people have a choice of sites, so the rate you set decides who is willing to take the job. We show you that rate and add £25, which means you can raise it without our margin moving with it.
